2009 Season Notes
November 9, 2009: After coming from two sets down to win the Beach District Tournament over Cox, the boys almost duplicated the feat against undefeated Great Bridge in the quarterfinal of the Eastern Region Tournament. Down 2-0, they roared back to tie it up at 2 each before falling in the fifth set 15-10. Great Bridge had previously lost only two sets all season before PA took two from them in one night.The boys finished a very respectable 14-9 for the season
October 22, 2009: Greg M., Joe L. and Chandler T. combined for 55 kills in the team victory over Ocean Lakes. PA won their 7th straight match.
2008 Season Recap - Coach Jeff Kinser was named the Beach District Co-Coach of the Year for the second year in row after the Cavs won the Beach regular season championship and also won their first Beach District Tournament championship in school history. The Cavs lost to Great Bridge in the region semifinals to end the best season in school history with a final record of 21-3.
