Princess Anne has won 12 state championships since the spring of 1999 when the boy's basketball team stunned the local sports scene.

The Lady Cavs Basketball team won the most recent state championship in 2009 finishing at 31-1 for the season.

During the 2004-2005 school year Princess Anne won three state championships. The Lady Cav's Basketball team came from 15 points down in the second half to win their second state championship in a four year span. The Field Hockey team won their third state championship since 2000. The Baseball team came back from an 8-0 deficit to win 11-10 in a 12 inning thriller for their first state championship.

In 2003 The Softball team won their first State championship. At the time PA was only the second Beach softball team to win State and the first since Bayside did it in 1978.

Our Gymnastics team won three consecutive state championships from 2001-2003 before finishing second in 2004.
