About the Lady Cavs Gymnasts
2013 Season
Helaina D. won state championships on Bars and Vault (tie). Helaina was also the Regional Champion on Bars, and Beach District Champion on Bars and Vault, as well as second on Floor and All-Around. Chelsea F. was fourth on Bars at the Beach meet..

Previous Season Highlights
The PA gymnastics team finished unbeaten during the regular season and swept the Beach, Eastern Region, and State Championships three years in a row in 2001, 2002, and 2003.

PA finished undefeated again in 2004 during the regular season. They won both the Beach District tournament and Eastern Region tournament for the fourth straight year. The quest for a fourth straight state championship came to an end as the team finished 2nd at state.
